Our company mission has no borders. We are overcoming challenges and solving problems that are being faced all over the world. Critizr was born in the North of France, in the homeland of retail, a region that gave birth to what would become the biggest retail players in the world (Auchan, Decathlon, Mobivia, etc.). We have this ambitious and global DNA at Critizr. After only just a few years, we already partnered with ⅔ of the grocery sector with prominent clients such as Leclerc or Auchan. Our solution also has a great international traction: it has already been deployed in 21 countries: Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Ireland, Spain, etc. including the UK (where we also have offices). We’re proud to work with such retail behemoths as: Carrefour, New Look and Domino’s… and are excited to be soon partnering with more.
Our growth mindset also reflects in the way our people grow. Critizr as a business is growing, and we want to embark all our team in this growth. Our goal is for our team to grow alongside the company.
Anecdote: Martin joined the company 6 years ago as a software engineer and showed quickly he had a knack for transmitting knowledge and finding a balanced answer for sustaining our growth. His contributions on our tech stack and our organisation allowed him to have more responsibilities and scope over the year, and after several promotions, he’s now our staff engineer, cross-coordinating our most challenging projects.

Nul ne grimperait l’Everest sans l’équipement approprié ! C’est pourquoi nous vous fournissons un Mac et les équipements nécessaires à l’accomplissement de votre mission.
Indemnité de télétravail
Travailler depuis la maison, c’est bien, mais nous sommes bien conscients que cela peut impliquer des coûts additionnels. Devinez quoi ? Nous finançons une partie de vos dépenses énergétiques (frais fixes de 25 euros par mois versés directement sur votre salaire ou 30 euros si vous avez opté pour les énergies vertes).
Contribution à l’équipement de télétravail
200 euros : c’est le montant de l’allocation attribuée pour vous équiper de façon à travailler plus confortablement de chez vous (qu’il s'agisse d’un casque, d’un bureau, d’une chaise… à vous de choisir).
Carte Swile
La carte Swile c’est la carte restau qu’il vous faut ! Fini le vieux ticket en papier qui se désintègre en machine car vous l’avez oublié dans votre poche.
Congé Second Parent
La loi a évolué pour offrir désormais 25 jours de congés payés. Chez Critizr, nous avons décidé d’aller encore plus loin pour offrir 28 jours de congés payés à 100% au deuxième parent lors d’une adoption ou d’une naissance.
Pass Mobilité
Une allocation fixe de 37,60 euros par mois est directement versée sur salaire afin de contribuer à vos déplacements lorsque vous habitez en zone urbaine à proximité d’un des bureaux de Critizr en France. Les déplacements des salariés travaillant à distance, quel que soit leur pays de résidence, sont intégralement remboursés.
Bien-être et santé
Nous sommes convaincus que le bien-être de chacun doit être vu à 360 degrés. C’est pourquoi nous nous sommes associés aux meilleurs partenaires pour garantir le bien-être physique et mental de nos équipes.
1- Moka.care (santé mentale)
moka.care offre une réponse humaine, sur-mesure et confidentielle pour prendre enfin soin de sa santé mentale.
2- Spart (santé physique)
Spart encourage nos collaborateurs à bouger, chaque jour. Au total en 2022, ce sont 43000 km parcourus à pied, 9400 km à vélo, et plus de 2100 heures d’activités physiques réalisées par nos salariés. Grâce à nos efforts collectifs, nous avons pu effectuer un don de 5350€ à l’association “A chacun son Everest”.
3-Bosse pour une assoss (mécénat de compétences)
Nous souhaitons donner l’opportunité à nos collaborateurs de se sentir utile, de contribuer à une cause qui leur est chère. C’est pourquoi nous donnons l’occasion à nos salariés de contribuer, une journée par mois (sur leur temps de travail), à l’association de leur choix, sans perte de salaire. En 2022, nous avons ainsi offert 55 jours, équivalent à 385 heures, à 11 associations différentes.
Premiers secours
Chez Critizr, nous pensons que tout le monde devrait connaître les gestes de premiers secours, aussi bien pour pouvoir intervenir en cas d'incident au travail, que dans la vie quotidienne. C'est pourquoi nous proposons à tous les salariés qui en font la demande de devenir sauveteur secouriste du travail.
Congés fausse couche & règles douloureuses
Parce que chacun d’entre nous doit faire face à des moments difficiles, nous octroyons 5 jours de repos à nos salariées devant faire face à une souffrance physique et psychologique lors d'un arrêt naturel de grossesse (fausse couche) et jusqu'à 2 jours de repos lors de règles douloureuses. Deux jours de repos sont aussi accordés au deuxième parent dont la compagne a subi une fausse couche, et ce, qu’il soit, ou non, salarié·e de Critizr.

You can’t climb Everest without the right gear! That’s why we provide you with a brand new MacBook and all the IT devices you need in order to reach the highest summit.
Flex/Remote Policy
We want the team to work wherever they feel most comfortable. So we have a flexible remote working policy meaning every climber can choose to work wherever suits them best. We also offer a flat fee of £25 a month to cover some of your energy bill.
Working from home allowance
It’s important the team feels motivated and comfortable in their surroundings. That’s why we provide an allowance of £170 to each climber to purchase all the equipment they need (whether you spend it on a headset or a desk is up to you).
Paid time off
We have a ‘work-hard, play-hard’ attitude. So we offer 25 days paid holiday on top of the 8 standard bank holidays in the UK.
Parental leave
We offer 28-day full pay off for the second parent in the UK following childbirth or adoption.
Co-working spaces membership
We finance your co-working space membership in order for you to work outside from home when you want a change in environment or when you want to meet with other members of the team! These co-working spaces come with a whole host of additional benefits, including fitness classes and social events.
Mobility Allowance
Being an international company, it’s important that teams from different territories get to spend face-to-face time together. So we ensure any travel expenses are covered when visiting other offices.
Pension Scheme
It’s always good to plan for the future. Our pension scheme is based on salary sacrifice. We participate at a minimum level of 6% and match your contribution to up to 8%. There’s no cap on the employee contribution percentage.
First Aid Certificates
At Critizr, we believe that everyone should know first aid, in case of an incident at work,but also as key life skills to have. . This is why we offer, to all employees who request it, the chance to obtain a first aid certificate.
Miscarriage & painful period leaves
Because each and everyone of us has to face challenges, we offer 5 rest days of rest to employees who have to go through physical and psychological suffering during miscarriages, as well as up to 2 days for painful periods. 2 days off will also be granted to the second parent whose partner has suffered a miscarriage whether they are, or are not, a Critizr employee
